Seamless Knitted Gloves
Nylon knitted seamless gloves with PVC dotting. Lightweight gloves with excellent resistance to abrasion and enhanced grip particularly useful in chemical and oily environments.
10 gauge ensure sufficient dexterity requirement for all kinds of material handling.
Can be customised for dotting on palm - polka dotting with PVC to enhance grip.
Knitted wrist for ease of use.
100% nylon yarn with regular PVC dots.
Ambidextrous gloves: Indifferent to each hand.
Coloured binding prevents yarn edge from fraying and colour of the overlock binding is used to define different size of the gloves.

HOW TO USE
Never leave to dry close to or on top of a heat source.
Not advised to be used for more than 8 hours at a stretch.
For washing use lukewarm water at about 40°C with regular detergent and can be tumble dried at medium heat.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from frost, packed in their original packages.
Not advised to deal with moving parts of the machine wearing these gloves.
Abrasion as per EN 388 is 1: Resistance to abrasion based on the number of cycles required to abrade through the sample glove (abrasion by sandpaper under a stipulated pressure). The protection factor is then indicated on a scale from 1 to 4 depending on how many revolutions are required to make a hole in the material. The higher the number, the better the gloves.
Cut as per EN 388 is X: Blade cut resistance based on the number of cycles required to cut through the sample at a constant speed. The protection factor is then indicated on a scale from 1 to 5.
Tear as per EN 388 is 2: Tear resistances based on the amount of force required to tear the sample. The protection factor is then indicated on a scale from 1 to 4.
Puncture as per EN 388 is X: Puncture resistances based on the amount of force required to pierce the sample with a standardly sized point. The protection factor is then indicated on a scale from 1 to 4.
TDM blade cut resistant as per EN 388 is X (X means not tested): The glove sample is placed on a conductive strip and loaded onto the TDM-100. When the metal blade touches the metal strip, the test is terminated. A straight blade is loaded into the machine. Weight is added to serve as a force. The blade moves across the fabric. The blade is replaced with a new one to ensure accuracy. The sample is cut five times, each with three different loads. The distance traveled to cause cut through at various forces is recorded. The data is used to determine the load required to cut through the sample.
100% nylon dotted gloves provide usefulness in oily and slippery environments like construction and workshops.
This gloves can be used effectively to resist chemical, abrasion and dirt.
Overlock binding ensures comfort.
